HALEY ROBLES
Stage Management
About Me
Haley was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida. She is a recent graduate from Elon University studying theatrical design & technology with a focus in stage management and psychology. Haley began stage managing on a whim during her junior year of high school and fell in love with it. During her first show, Who Is Theo?, she was enamored with the fast pace, collaboration, and world of theatre. She developed a passion for creating art and being at the forefront of the process. After graduating high school, she decided to do a complete 180 and trade in her pre-med school path for stage management (the best decision she’s made).
While at Elon, she has had the opportunity to work with incredible directors, choreographers, music directors, and designers in productions such as 42nd Street, Into the Woods, Spring Awakening, and more. While not at Elon, Haley has worked the past two summers at The Lexington Theatre Company as an assistant stage manager. This has given her the chance to sharpen, improve, and learn more skills in a professional setting. In the fall of 2022, Haley studied abroad in London and received an internship at a pub theatre called The Finborough Theatre, which taught her all about the differences in work culture and how different theatre venues operate.
Haley is now living in New York City to pursue her dream career in stage management. Currently, she is serving as the Production Assistant for Stuck in the 90s (PSM Emma Ramsay-Saxon). Previous NYC credits include Dangerous: A Noir Musical (PSM Jonathan Bach), How to Write Dirty Books for Fun & Profit (PSM James Fitzsimmons), CFDA Fashion Awards (PSM Lauren Schneider), and The Gorgeous Nothings (PSM James Fitzsimmons). She is excited to take advantage of this opportunity and all the opportunities NYC will provide in the future. She cannot wait to broaden her skills, connections, and knowledge of the business!
